ETHEREAL FLORET

EDITORIAL PIECE FOR THE VOW MAGAZINE

This shoot was all about celebrating the very best of spring with a color pallet that heavily relied on shades of purple and lilac to add depth and warmth, while still keeping with the radiant joyfulness of springtime.  Springtime not only refers to the season, but also the idea of rebirth, which is why the florals were so incredibly important when deigning this shoot.  I wanted the shoot to display a sense of delicacy, which Susan of Sweet Lilac Studio beautifully did by incorporating a lovely bouquet bursting with an array of subtle florets.  Keeping with the refined mood of the shoot, I kept things minimalistic with shades of white and soft grey tones and then pulled the florals in to add color and depth.
